ORDER
Date : 28.09.2026
1. Heard Ms. M. Bora, counsel for the applicant.
2. This application is filed for early hearing of the WP(C) No.824/2023.
3. Having considered the nature of the issue involved in the WP(C) No.824/2023 and also the observation made in W.A. No.213/2024 to the affect that the Court would like the await the culmination of the proceedings before the learned Single Judge with respect to the dismissal of the appellant in a departmental proceeding initiated against her for having been made an accused in a criminal case with the charge of bribery during her tenure as a District Sports Officer as well as the prayer for early hearing having been not objected to by Mr. A. Chakrabarty, learned State Counsel for the respondents, I am of the view that the writ petition deserves early hearing.
4. Accordingly, the Interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
5. The WP(C) No.824/2023 be listed for admission hearing on 03.11.2026.
