ORDER
Date : 28.09.2026
Heard Mr. A. Roshid, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and Mr. S. R. Baruah, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
2. This is an application for correction of the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026 passed in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.284/2025 wherein at Paragraph No.4 and Paragraph No.7, this Court instead of mentioning as “17 No. Jamuna Meen Mahal” had inadvertently mentioned “100 No. Doboka Meen Mahal”.
3. This Court has duly perused the writ petition and it appears that the said mistake was a typographical error in the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026.
4. Consequently, as the mistake has been committed by this Court and on account of mistake committed by the Court, the parties should not suffer, this Court therefore disposes of the instant application thereby observing that wherever in the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026 passed in WP(C) No.284/2025, there is a reference to “100 No. Doboka Meen Mahal”, the same shall be read as “17 No. Jamuna Meen Mahal”.
5. The instant order shall be a part of the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026.
6. I.A. stands allowed.
