Mr. S. K. Deori, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court a copy of final form submitted in Golaghat PS Case No. 150 of 2023 and that the said final form is by way of a final report upon completion of investigation. In this context, it is submitted that the criminal petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present and concurs with the said submission. Accordingly, the criminal petition is hereby disposed of as infructuous.
