ORDER
Date : 23.09.2026 Heard Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. PP for the State respondent.
2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with Agomoni P.S. Case No. 25/2026 wherein the name of the petitioner does not appear. Hence, the Page No.# 2/2 matter has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. Interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
