Heard Mr. G. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. G. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents. At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to approach again by also assailing the opinion dated 12.11.2021, which has not been assailed in this writ petition. Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty to approach again as prayed for.
