Heard Mr. J. M. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Syeda Hachina Amin, Senior Inspector/Auditor of Cooperative Societies, Office of the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Barpeta, Assam, as the respondent No. 4 in the main writ petition. He submits that impleadment of the said person is necessary for proper adjudication of the matter. Mr. G. Bordoloi, learned Standing Counsel, Cooperative Department, submits that he has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the application seeking impleadment is hereby allowed, as prayed for. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
