ORDER
Date : 18/09/2026 Mr. B. Islam, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the transfer of the respondent no. 1, Shri Gakul Chandra Brahma, ACS, has been made the District Commissioner, Chirang District. He accordingly prays that Shri Gakul Chandra Brahma, ACS, District Commissioner, Chirang be impleaded as a respondent in the connected contempt petition. Accordingly, Shri Gakul Chandra Brahma, ACS, District Commissioner, Chirang, is impleaded as respondent no. 3. The applicant’s counsel shall submit amended copy of the cause title to the Registry within 4 days from today. IA is accordingly disposed of.
