1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Respondents raised objections on the ground that the Applicant has not availed the remedy of Appeal available to the Applicant before filing the present OA. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the case with liberty to file an appeal before the Competent Authority. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal before the Competent Authority for redressal of his grievances.
