ORDER
15.09.2026 Mr. S. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh one, as some Page No.# 2/2 inadvertent mistake crepted in the petition. Prayer allowed. This Criminal Petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition.
