ORDER
15.09.2026 Mr. J. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh one. Prayer allowed. This Criminal Petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this Court again by filing appropriate petition.
