Page No.# 2/2 Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. In the context of subsequent addition of the provision of Section 4 of the POSCO Act with regard to Dergaon PS Case No. 150/2026, the petitioner has filed this Interlocutory Application seeking impeachment of the informant as respondent No.2 in the connected anticipatory bail application. As the informant is required to be noticed due to the addition of Section 4 of the POCSO Act, the impleadment application is allowed and the informant will be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
