ORDER
Date : 14.09.2026 Heard Mr. G. Chamuah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.R. Koushik, learned Addl. PP for the State respondent, who has submitted that the charge sheet vide C.S. No. 153/2026, dated 31.08.2026 has already been Page No.# 2/2 submitted within the statutory period.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for regular bail.
3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by extending the order of interim protection for another period of 15 (fifteen) days from today and thereafter, the said interim protection seized inoperative. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court within the aforesaid period of 15 days.
4. The petition stands disposed of.
