ORDER
Date : 11-09-2026 Learned counsel Ms. P. Deka is present for the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner Kumar Gaurav has passed away. It is further submitted that as the petitioner has passed away, the matter has become infructuous and this matter may be closed on withdrawal of the petition. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. R.R. Kaushik for the State of Assam. After considering the submissions of both the sides, the matter stands closed.
