ORDER
10.09.2026 Learned counsel, Mr. N.N. Upadhyaya is present for the petitioner “X”. The petitioner has filed this revision petition with a prayer to set aside and quash the order dated 29/04/2024, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Bilasipara in Misc. Case No.41/2021, only to the extent whereby the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the respondent/opposite party till her death or remarriage, whichever is earlier. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and the petitioner is not willing to proceed with this matter, as the petitioner has amicably settled the dispute with his estranged wife.
As the matter has been amicably settled, this matter is closed on compromise between both the parties. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
