ORDER
Date : 09.09.2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. S.K. Poddar, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.
2. This is an application submitted by the applicant/ appellant for staying the operation of the impugned Judgment & Order dated 28.07.2026 passed in Misc.(J) Case No.30/2021 (arising out of F.C. (Civil) Case No.167/2012) by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Kamrup(M), Guwahati.
3. In view of the order passed in the main appeal on 09.09.2026, the impugned Judgment & Order dated 28.07.2026 passed in Misc.(J) Case No.30/2021 (arising out of F.C. (Civil) Case No.167/2012) by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Kamrup(M), Guwahati shall remain stayed, subject to the deposit of Rs.5 lakhs, within a period of 1(one) month from today. The said amount of Rs.5 lakhs should be deposited in the Registry of this Court.
4. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
