ORDER
Date : 09.09.2026 Heard Ms. R. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that Mr. Jayant Narlikar, who is the present Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department, should be impleaded as respondent No. 6, in terms of the order dated 07.02.2026, passed in Cont.Cas(C) 247/2024. Ms. P. Thapa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. R. Sanghi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed. The prayer of the applicant’s counsel is allowed. Accordingly, Mr. Jayant Narlikar is impleaded as respondent No. 6. The applicant shall submit a corrected copy of the cause title to the Registry within three days, showing the name of Mr. Jayant Narlikar, as respondent No. 6. I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
