Heard Mr. JI Borbhuiya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. Also heard, Ms. G Hazarika, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of opposite party No.1 and Mr. J Handique, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of opposite party Nos.2, 3 and 4 and Mr. KN Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. P Deka, the learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.5 and 6 respectively.
2. This is an application filed by the applicants seeking leave of this Court to be arrayed as respondents to the accompanying writ petition being WP(C)No.3630/2026 on the ground that at the instance of the applicants, the impugned notice dated 15.06.2026 was issued by the Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle.
3. Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the applicants herein are necessary parties to the accompanying writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the applicants herein are impleaded as respondent Nos.5 to 10 to the accompanying writ petition.
5. Interlocutory application stands allowed.
6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners are directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court and the Registry on the basis of the fresh memo of parties along with the instant order shall make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the writ petition and update the same in the CIS.
