Date : 02-09-2026 Mr. A.M. Barbhhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.M.T. Chistie, learned counsel for the sole respondent submit that in view of the Order ECF No.431662/84, dated 16.03.2024, issued by the Secretary to the Page No.# 2/2 Government of Assam, Department of School Education, the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in WP(C) 6556/2023 has been complied with.
