ORDER
Date : 02.09.2026
None appears for the petitioner on call.
However, Ms. B. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department, for respondents, is present.
It is noticed that despite repeated opportunities being granted to the petitioner to take steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 3, no such steps have been taken as on today nor the petitioner is represented, as reflected in the order of the Lawazima Court dated 20.08.2025
In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue this writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
