None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call.

2. This Court has also taken note of the contents of the writ petition. From a perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the Petitioner is aggrieved by the mutation granted to the Respondent No.5, and as such, has submitted a representation for cancelling the mutation and the same having not been taken into consideration, the Petitioner has approached this Court.

3. It is the opinion of this Court that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the mutation of the Respondent No.5, the same has to be done by filing a due application and not by submitting a representation.

4. Considering the above, this Court does not find the present case to be a fit case for being entertained for which the writ petition stands dismissed.
