ORDER
Date : 31.08.2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Heard Ms. S. Nazneen, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits Page No.# 2/2 that there is a delay of 27 days in filing the appeal. She submits that though notice was issued on 30/05/2024, there is no return of A/D card or unserved notice from the respondent No.2. Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Addl. P.P submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. On considering the above facts, the delay of 27 days is condoned. Registry to register the appeal and list the same. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
