Page No.# 4/4 Mr. I Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous in view of the passing of the order dated 29.06.2026 as well as the subsequent action so taken including the filing of the writ petition being WP(C)No.3889/2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the writ petition may be closed as infructuous without prejudice to the writ petitioner in WP(C)No.3889/2026.
3. Taking into account the above, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. However, the closure of the writ petition as infructuous shall not prejudice the writ petitioner in WP(C)No.3889/2026.
4. Interim order passed, if any, stands vacated.
