1. Heard Mr. J. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, Page No.# 2/2 learned Standing counsel, School Education Department appearing for the sole respondent.
2. Mr. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 22.11.2021, passed in WP(C) No. 6161/2021 and the order dated 21.09.2023, passed in Contempt Case (C) No. 113/2022 have already been complied with.
3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed.
