1. Heard Mr. N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Also heard Mr. A. Chaliha, learned Standing counsel, Finance Department for the respondent No.3.
2. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 09.10.2023, passed in WP(C) No. 5940/2023 has already been complied with.
3. In view of such submission, the present contempt petition stands closed.
