Mr. SA Barbhuiyan, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of the petitioner in WP(C)No.1179/2020 on instructions submits that the petitioner would like to withdraw the instant writ petition.
2. Accordingly, WP(C)No.1179/2020 stands closed on withdrawal.
3. Interim order passed, if any, in WP(C)No.1179/2020 stands vacated.
4. However, taking into account that the materials on record of WP(C)No.1179/2020
would
have
relevance
while
adjudicating
WP(C)No.3110/2026, the records of WP(C)No.1179/2020 be tagged along with WP(C)No.3110/2026.
5. Mr. I Borthakur, the learned Standing Counsel, Assam Cooperative Apex Bank submits that 2(two) weeks time is required for filing the affidavit as directed by this Court vide the order dated 24.07.2026.
6. Accordingly, list WP(C)No.3110/2026 on 30.09.2026 along with the records of WP(C)No.1179/2020.
7. The affidavit on behalf of the Assam Cooperative Apex Bank be filed on or before 25.09.2026.
