Heard Mr. A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. SMT Chistie, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 & 5, Mr. B Gogoi, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and Mr. R Bhagabati, learned counsel for respondent No.5. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 25.02.2022, passed in WP(C) No.1269/2022. Mr. SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the respondents has produced before this court, a speaking order dated 07.06.2024, passed by the Inspector of Schools, Dibrugarh District Circle, Dibrugarh. In view of the aforesaid order dated 07.06.2024, the order dated 25.02.2022 stands complied with. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
