Heard Mr. PK Munir, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Mr. W Sharma, the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the respondent No.2, the State Bank of India.

2. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that the respondent authorities had frozen the petitioner’s Bank Account bearing No.35042841162 maintained in the State Bank of India, Hatigaon Branch on account of certain complaint received from the Cyber Crime Police Station, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
