Heard the learned counsel for both the sides. This application is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 05.02.2025, passed in WP(C) No.463/2025.
Page No.# 2/2 Ms. G Bora, learned counsel for the sole respondent has produced an order dated 06.06.2025. In view of the aforesaid order, the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in WP(C) No.463/2025 has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. It is needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.06.2025, he may approach the appropriate forum seeking redressal of his grievances. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
