Heard Mr. B Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate Page No.# 2/2 violation of the order dated 11.04.2023, passed in WP(C) No.8840/2018. Mr. SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the sole respondent has produced before this court a speaking order dated 12.11.2024, passed by the Director, Elementary Education, Assam Kahilipara. In view of the aforesaid order dated 12.11.2024, the order dated 11.04.2023 stands complied with. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
