ORDER
Date : 24/08/2026 (Michael Zothankhuma, J) Ms. S. Newar, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the applicant submit that there is a delay of 7 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act read with Section 65(1) BNS. Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned APP, Assam, submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. The delay of 7 days is accordingly condoned. IA stands disposed of.
