BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO O R D E R 24.08.2026 None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. However, Mr. P. Daimari, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. R.M. Das, learned Standing Counsel, NC Hills Autonomous Council and submits that the release order of the petitioner has been recalled and he has been allowed to join back his service in the same capacity in the district. In support of his submission, learned counsel has produced copies of letter dated 12.08.2026 and 13.08.2026 of the Joint Secretary, NC Hills Autonomous Council, recalling the service of the petitioner. Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The communications produced by the learned counsel shall be retained on record and marked as ‘X’ and ‘Y’ for identification. Later on, Mr. M. Alam, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. P. Bordoloi, learned engaged counsel for the petitioner, and submits that Mr. P.
