2. This is an application filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in WP(C)No.7041/2023 whereby there was a direction upon the respondents in the writ petition to pass a fresh order on the application dated 03.02.2023 filed by the petitioner taking into consideration the report of the concerned Circle Officer in respect to the measurement of the boundary of the Fishery.

3. Mr. P Sarmah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Managing Director, AFDC has placed before this Court an order dated 18.08.2026 whereby the petitioner’s representation dated 03.02.2023 was rejected by passing a speaking order. The said order is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’.

4. Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in WP(C)No.7041/2023 stands substantially complied with, for which, the contempt proceeding stands dropped.
