2. Mr. S.K. Talukdar, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the Cooperation Department.
3. The case of the petitioners herein is that the election to Algapur Samabay Samiti Limited should not be conducted without correcting the voters' list for the year 2019. It is also seen that on 04.10.2019, this Court had only issued notice. The materials on record would show that the relief(s) sought in the present writ petition had become dated during passage of time.
4. It, therefore, appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the present proceedings, for which the petitioners are being not represented.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as it has become infructuous.
