ORDER
21.08.2026 Mr. I Bhattacharyaa, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instruction from the petitioner not to press the instant writ petition and accordingly, seeks withdrawal of the same, with liberty to file afresh. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed, on being withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for, so granted.
