Date : 21-08-2026 Mr. S. Banik, learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Ms. M. Begum and Mr. N.J. Khataniar, learned counsel for the respondent submit that the order dated 01.08.2024 passed in WP(C) 400/2024 has been complied with vide order dated 21.08.2026 passed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, a copy of which has been submitted. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
