ORDER
Date : 21-08-2026 Mr. M.M. Zaman, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the Savings Bank Account no. 40630906178 at Sorbhog Branch of respondent State Bank of India has been de-freezed. Therefore, the petitioner has no surviving cause of action for pursuing this writ petition further. Ms. D. Das, learned CGC for the respondent no. 4 is present. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Zaman, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed.
