Chetri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent mistake, a wrong annexure has been incorporated and therefore, she prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. In view of above, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed with liberty to file afresh, as prayed for.
