Date : 18.08.2026 Heard Mr. B. D. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. T. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 & 6 in I.A. (Civil)/1836/2026 and I.A.(Civil)/1837/2026.
Mr. B. D. Deka, learned counsel, submits that he has received instructions from the petitioner not to press the instant writ petition and the interlocutory applications, and seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a fresh, if so required. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition and the interlocutory applications stand closed with liberty as prayed for. .
