This is an application for impleading the Opposite Party No.7 to the accompanying writ petition. Taking into account the order which was passed by this Court on 27.07.2026, it is the opinion of this Court that the Opposite Party No.7 is a necessary party in the accompanying writ petition. Accordingly, the Opposite Party No.7 is impleaded as the Respondent No.7 to the accompanying writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 3 days and the Registry on the basis thereof shall make necessary correction in the cause title and update the same in the CIS.
4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
