ORDER

Date : 14.08.2026

Heard Ms. T. Som, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Ms. K. Bora, learned counsel for the respondents. This is an application seeking substitution of the petitioner on account of the demise of the petitioner on 04.12.2025 in the connected WP(C)3562/2022. Having considered that the applicants are the legal heirs of late Runu Das, who had expired on 04.12.2025, leaving behind the present applicants and the prayer for substitution not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, the applicants are allowed to be substituted the original writ petitioner in WP(C) 3562/2022. I.A. stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
