Heard Mr. I. Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks amendment of the writ petition in the manner mentioned in the application. The learned counsel submits that the same is necessary in view of the developments in the matter and for proper adjudication of the matter. Mr. S. Baruah, learned State Counsel and Mr. J. Handique, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department submits that they have no objections if the application is allowed.
