Ms. P Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner in both the writ petitions submits that she has instructions to withdraw the writ petitions since the grievance of the petitioner has been readdressed. Mr. A Goswami, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. RR Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Excise Department appears for the said Department/respondents in both the petitions agrees to the prayer.
