BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO O R D E R 14.08.2026 Heard Mr. U. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Sri Page No.# 2/2 Paban Terang, Commissioner and Special Secretary to the Government of Assam, Public Works Department (Roads). He submits that since he is the present incumbent holding the said post, he may be impleaded as respondent No.2 for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. Mr. R. Sahiinii, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. In view of the above, prayer for impleadment, as prayed for, is allowed. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
