ORDER

Date : 13.08.2026

Heard Ms. L. Wangsa, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks to amend the address of the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, since, notice could not be affected to them in the old address. The learned counsel submits that if the prayer for amending the address is allowed, the applicant/petitioner would be in a position to take steps upon the said respondents. Mr. A. Chakraborty, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 submits that he has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the application stands allowed, as prayed for. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
