Ms. M. M. Kataky, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the orders of this Court has been complied with by passing of the order dated 11.08.2026 by the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department. She submits that the same has been filed by way of an affidavit and a copy has been served to the other side. Ms. M. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the said submission.
