Chakrabarty, learned Advocate for the appellants and Ms. M. Barman, learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.2 & 3. The issue raised in the present writ appeal is covered by the order dated 10.08.2026 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.276/2026 (The State of Assam & 3 Ors. -Vs- Jugal Kishore Mahanta & 2 Ors.). In view of the above, this writ appeal also stands dismissed in terms of the order dated 10.08.2026 passed in Writ Appeal No.276/2026. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Comparing Assistant
