Mr. B. Choudhury, learned Standing Counsel for the APDCL, by placing the Speaking Order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Chief General Manager (HRA), APDCL, Bijulee, Bhawan, Ghy-1, submits that the petitioner has been reinstated.
In that view of the matter, Mr. D. Chakrabarty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous in view of the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
The copy of the Speaking Order dated 18.03.2026 be kept in the Court and marked as Document ‘X’.
