O R D E R
12.08.2026 It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner has already received Page No.# 2/2 the amount of security deposit to the tune of Rs.27,25,344/-. As regards the question of interest, the Petitioner has already given an undertaking that the Petitioner would not claim the same. Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has placed the said documents which are kept on record and marked with the letter “Y”.
2. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings stands dropped.
