I have also heard Mr. S. S. Roy, the learned Junior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the District Administration.

2. The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Respondent No.4 in refusing to make necessary correction of the revenue records and restore the name of the Petitioner in the record of rights in respect to the land measuring 1 Katha 10 Lechas covered by Dag No.417(old)/735(new) of K.P. Patta No.1110 situated at Revenue Village Sawkuchi under Mouza Beltola in the District of Kamrup (M), Assam. It is also the case of the

3. Pursuant to the filing of the instant writ petition, this Court had issued notice on 24.06.2026.
