Heard Ms. P. Saharia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Upamanyu, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor.
It is submitted at the Bar that the judgment and order dated 23.10.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 3820/2023, has been taken to appeal, being WA No. 165/2026, which is pending before the Division Bench, wherein an interim order of stay of the said judgment and order has been passed.
